Working in different country is not just translating your CV. Before you decided to move to other land you have to prepare for some cultural differences you will met in business or in common life.

General advises for international business communication

Always try to pronounce correctly your business contact name and his/her title. If communication is in your language, try to speak slowly avoiding complicated words and long sentences. Don’t go over top, stay calm and stick on facts.

Do not sit down until you are invited to do so, don’t criticise your former employer. Chewing gum is unacceptable within business meetings! It is improper to have your hands in your pockets during business meetings, especially during introduction.

Always observe your partners/colleagues to see how they wear, how they behave. Try to notice all details.
