A few weeks ago building works were commenced on a fifteen storey building of the Rezidence Rozhledna (Observation tower Residence) which will be constructed in place of the original object of Armabeton and will become a new dominant of this part of Prague 4. The general supplier of this construction will be FCC – První česká projekční a stavební (The First Czech Project and Building Company) and Sekyra Group is the investor.
