The new park by Brno will costover CZK.16 billion

A new technology park, CTPark Brno South, is being built at Šlapanice near Brno. CTP Invest wants to invest more than EUR 600 million (approximately CZK 16.5 billion) in more than 700,000 sq m dedicated for various kinds of activities within the next six years. Subsequently, up to 15,000 inhabitants from the surroundings of the South Moravian metropolis could find work here.
