Rented accommodation is decreasing

The number of people with their own flat has, in the last years, increased in the Czech Republic and the numbers of tenants are decreasing. From 2001 to 2007 the share of residential units in ownership increased by 11 percentage points but the share of rented accommodation on the other hand decreased by 10 percentage points which brought the two groups to an almost equal level.
