Regional development are influenced by investors

Not only Prague is of interest for the investors of residential development. A number of projects are being prepared in other Czech, Moravian and Silesian towns. People’s interest in new flats is directed particularly to the county towns and regions where some investors, particularly foreign, are heading or are already operating.
