The district of Prague 9 has probably the largest development areas in the whole of Prague. Former industrial complexes offer hundreds of hectares of land designated mainly for residential development. A number of these land plots are now in the hands of private investors who are already implementing or are ready to implement their projects. The local town council is certain about the future appearance of Prague 9 and is trying to amend investors’ plans in accordance with their ideas.
