Large development companies are doing well on the market

It is slowly becoming the rule of the Czech market – with a few exceptions – that the most successful companies in almost any field are the ones managed by a ‘foreign hand’. It is the same with regards to the real estate market which is also governed by foreign developers, mostly under the supervision of daughter companies.
