Interest in mortgages is gaining as well as the interest rates

The first half of this year was an indication in another rather explosive increase of interest of Czech people in mortgages. Interest rates are starting to rise alongside the volume of mortgages provided and experts are now warning of potential difficulties with repayments. Additionally, building savings banks are lending more money.
