Foreign developers don’t build only flats

A strong foursome of foreign developers who operate on the Czech market, Skanska Property Development, Hochtief Development, ING Real Estate and Orco Property Development, are entering into more adventurous projects. Flats are not enough anymore, the developer’s projects also include shopping centres and administrative buildings.
