Digital Park II, Bratislava

The design is based on the mass concept of four interconnected trapezoidal buildings with the same height. The mass solution defined in this way forms a peculiar, yet distinct, structure of a reasonable volume located in the surrounding disparate development which responds to the existing urban scale. The aim of the design was to put the building into a quality space designed as a park. The concept of the traffic solution was subjected to it. Large parking spaces are hidden in the basement of the building and the building foreground is designed consistently as a park with walking areas, greenery and water elements. The design of the premises is based on openness to the surroundings, which is related to foundation of a park - a new urban space - which creates a more pleasant environment both to the new premises and the wider public.
