DERMATEX, office and warehouse premises, Jesenice

It was necessary to attach the registered office of the company - an office building. The requirement was to create a representative, homely and stylish environment for the company's management and several employees. The result of the design is a compact L-shaped building integrating both functions in a single building. The whole is roofed with a simple roofing plane of a 15% aisle roof, inclined toward the west part of the plot. The height of the distribution hall with an area of 1000 square meters ranges from 5 to 8 m; the office building, narrow both from a layout and a volume point of view links to the higher part of the hall on the north side. The offices in the three-storey office are oriented towards the south and east, looking into the company's own green park spaces. The narrower north bay is used as a shared area with kitchenettes and a direct staircase. A shop, offices and staff facilities are located on the ground floor of the office building.
